Privacy Policy

IDEAL GENIUS ADVANCE SRL (data controller, VAT 37213946) processes your data in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Below you will find what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

1. What data we collect

• Account: name, email, password (encrypted), company name.
• Business: the data about your business entered during onboarding and in the Performance Score (business type, website, budget, objectives, etc.).
• Payments: chosen subscription, proof of payment uploaded by you.
• Technical: IP address, activity log, session cookie.
• Marketing accounts (optional, advanced packages): advertising account identifiers you provide to us so we can manage your campaigns.

2. Why we use them (legal basis)

• Providing the service and the account — performance of the contract.
• Invoicing and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
• Improving the platform and security — legitimate interest.
• Marketing communications — only with your consent, revocable at any time.

3. Who we share them with (processors)

We use providers that process data on our behalf, with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data. When you connect third-party accounts (Google, Meta, TikTok), those platforms’ policies also apply.

4. How long we keep them

We keep your data for as long as you have an active account and afterwards for the period required by law (e.g. financial documents). When you delete your account, personal data is deleted or anonymised, except for data we are legally required to keep.

• restriction of and objection to processing;
• data portability;
• withdrawal of consent;

6. Security

Passwords are stored encrypted, connections are secured (HTTPS), and access to data is restricted. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable protection measures.

7. Performance Score

The data entered in the Performance Score is used to generate your analysis and recommendations. These are estimates, not guarantees.

8. The eFlo Hub and modular services

eFlo operates as a hub of modular digital services (PPC, SEO, websites, tracking, creative, retention), with access granted based on an initial analysis. In this context:

• Selective access: we evaluate each request based on objectives, complexity and available data; we reserve the right to accept or decline a collaboration.
• Data used for analysis: data about your account and business is used to analyse the situation, configure the activated services and propose recommendations. We activate only the services you confirm.
• Scores and recommendations: the Performance Score, recommendations and price estimates are indicative (orientative), based on the data available at the time of analysis — they do not constitute guarantees of results.
• Modular services: you can activate or deactivate services over time; we process the relevant data only for the active services.
